Creator Relationships Assistant

We are looking for a tech-savvy individual to work on influencer collaborations for major fashion brands. This is an exclusive opportunity to put your love for TikTok and fashion to the ultimate test.

You have excellent communication & negotiation skills and can collaborate with anyone (yappers AND yawners 🥱)
You’re willing to learn and work as part of a team
You are excellent at using TikTok with constant knowledge of what’s trending, transitions, sounds and new features we could utilise
You’re happy working with influencers/clients from all over the world and responding to emails and communicating out of normal working hours on occasion
You are able to commute to our Cheltenham office 3x per week

You’re motivated by organised spreadsheets and smashed KPIs
You have a questionable obsession with bagels and/or iced coffee

Job role:

Complete end-to-end relationship management with talent, from initial outreach emails to processing contracts and payments
You will be expected to be organised and efficient and hit weekly and monthly targets
Consistent evaluation of new and existing talent partnerships, including always-on identification of new talent ensuring we stay ahead of our competitors
Managing brand and content guidelines for all collaborations, ensuring the content requested is on brand and to a high standard
Weekly and monthly reporting to clients
Ad hoc tasks which may require you to think on your feet!
